Yes, most of our properties are pet friendly :) Big Bear is a wonderful destination to bring your best family friend. Please search online for pet friendly properties and keep in mind we charge $10 per pet per night (not included in the voucher).

Q:

How do you search the site by price?

Taura M.  asked on  Feb 26, 2013

A:

Click book online, enter your dates and criteria then hit search, you should then see an option on the top right that lets you sort price low to high. The rates will represent rent then when you hit book it will add the taxes and fees (sorry it does not show it all up front, we are working on that with our new website development team).

Q:

I just wanted to clarify that a two night stay is required, right? I was planning on to stay for one night, but use it towards a cabin that is around $500. Can I use this groupon for that?

Sarah M.  asked on  Mar 7, 2013

A:

I apologize for the delay. Yes a 2 night minimum is required. If you can only stay one night, you could use the other night to guarantee an early check in or a late check out just to give you some more time to enjoy your time in Big Bear!

Q:

Hi there, If we purchase the groupon and use it to upgrade a cabin, can we have 8 occupants (4 adults, 4 kids)? Thank you!

Emily J.  asked on  Mar 10, 2013

A:

Absolutely :) You would then just apply your $500 voucher towards the vacation rental that is perfect for your group.

Q:

we want to visit while there is still snow for the kids...when does it stop snowing in your area? thx

jaime p.  asked on  Mar 6, 2013

A:

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. March has actually been a heavy snow month the past few years and we have received over 3 feet in the last few weeks and it is snowing now :) We have fantastic powder conditions through March the ski resorts and snow play areas are normally open until at least Easter. The other great thing about Big Bear is we also have the best snow making equipment (they make real snow using the water from the lake, very cool) so we can blow snow at night then people love spring slopes in their tshirts.

Q:

Ok- I've read all the questions and answers and I am still not positive I get it. Sad, I know, seeing as how I am a banker. At the risk of sounding like a complete moron... I purchase the groupon for $249. If my stay is over $588.88 then cleaning and taxes ARE included. So- am I correct in assuming: Example: 2 night stay in cabin of my choice is $720 $720-$500 credit=$220 remaining balance $220 + $249 for groupon= $469 total out of my pocket. Yes?

Georgina J.  asked on  Mar 5, 2013

A:

I am so sorry for the delay. You are exactly correct :)

Q:

So in order to get a BANG FOR MY BUCK..do i want to get a cabin over $588.88? Or just a cabin over $500?!

Megan A.  asked on  Mar 3, 2013

A:

I am so sorry for the delay. Any vacation rental price over $588.88 would get you the most for your money since you would have more towards your cabin than just paying the cleaning fee. I hope this is helpful.
