Hi! For Option 3 ($215 for one night, valid for check-in Friday–Saturday (up to a $317 value) Travel by: 11/3/12) would we be able to check in on Saturday, 11/3/12 and use the Groupon for Saturday night, then just pay the regular rate to stay Sunday night as well? Are the Haunted House and Pumpkin Patch attractions open on that Saturday 11/3? Thanks!

A:

There would be a $20 charge for the additional person in the room plus the cost of the Groupon. You will have to pay for the additional Haunted House ($5), Pumpkin Patch ($8), and Shotz ($7.50) tickets as well.

A:

You could just buy the 1 night package for Sun-Thur and the 1 night package for Fri-Sat if you wanted. Only thing is you would receive 2 sets of tickets for the events. Not sure if you need all of that. Otherwise just purchase either package and pay the standard rate for the other night.

I would like to come tonight and Friday night. Could I pay regular price tonight and use the 1 night weekend groupon? Also, there are no big or double splash rooms available tonight...if we get a captains cabin, can we stay in the same room and pay the upgrade for Friday? How much would that be? Thanks!

A:

Yes, you can do that. You would pay the standard rate for tonight and then the $10 upgrade for Friday night. We could do our best to keep you in the same room, but there is a chance you would have to move. Our system will make us create 2 different reservations in this situation, but we would try to take care of you.

We only allow a maximum of 5 occupants per room. Even though the infant is free, it would count towards the number of people in the room. Unfortunately due to fire regulations we wouldn't be able to do that. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Q:

We just ordered a groupon today to use later this week. After buying 2 - 2 night groupons we have found out you are sold out or have 1 room left.We were told to use this we needed 2 rooms for our family of 6. Since this is a limited time through November 3rd I would suggest prior to ordering seeing if the nights you have available are open. I now have to contact groupon to see if I can get my money back.

We apologize that we were sold out of the room type when you wanted to stay. We are open daily the entire month of October for you to use the Groupon. If for some reason you are unable to use it during that time we will honor the value of the Groupon towards an overnight stay, you simply would not get the promotional value.
