Yes, you can book additional weeks at the regular weekly rate. If you purchase 3 more weeks, you will get the 4-week pricing on those additional 3 weeks.

Isn't the eating plan more than just 3 meals a day? I would think it would be 5-6 meals a day since you're burning so many calories?

I'm pushiing 60, need to lose around 40 pounds, and have a bad back. I looked at the "Typical Day" info, and saw kickboxing; is there an alternative for folks like me to these types of exercise which I don't think my back can survive?

Kathie, there are always modification that will be offered or if a class is not good for you the trainers will reassign you to another class.
