On average, the high is 72 and the low is 52 in December. You can upgrade while checking in, contact them directly for the cost.

Q:

Hello and I'm ready to book a Wheel Chair accessible, Gulf View Room for 2 consectutive nites please. Do you have a chair lift, as per new ADA regulations this year going into effect, to get paralyzed people like me in and out of the pool and hot tub? I know this is a new requirement and many hotels haven't gotten them in yet. Do you have or know how I can get a beach wheelchair for the stay to take to the beach? A:

Hi Jeff, You will need to call hotel to check availability for the ADA room for the dates you are looking for. Unfortunately we do not have one of the lifts for the pool area. We do have a beach wheel chair on property and it is available to guest like your self. It is owned by our city hall and you just let the desk know what day you will need it and they can put a hold on it for you.

A:

Yes we do have ADA rooms with rool in showers. They have one king bed, microwave and mini fridge. Please call hotel to check availability. Reserve a Gulf front deluxe studio and that would be equal to an ADA room rate.

Q:

There is a specific suite that I would like to book, but it is not possible to book it online. Can I use my groupon toward booking this suite when I call to make a reservation?

A:

Yes you can. The value you paid for the room will go towards the price of the suite. (Example - Suite is $300 and you paid $79 for voucher = $221 upgrade fee to stay in suite)

Before booking your Groupon, please call hotel to make sure the suite is available because you can not change your dates with Groupon. Once your reservation is in our system, you can then call to arrange the upgrade.

Can we get a room with 1 king size bed instead of 2 queen size? Also, is there any way to make sure that we get a non-smoking room?

A:

All rooms are non smoking. The rooms being offered with this deal all have two queen beds. To get a King bed you can upgrade directly with the hotel to a gulf front efficiency. (Based on availability) The upgrade charge is $40 per night.

Yes you can get a refund from Groupon if you cancel 96 hours prior to your check in date. Please contact Groupon to cancel.
