Stay away. Do not recommend. As visitors to Brooklyn from Australia, staying at this hotel was a huge let down. The interiors of the hotel is set up like a cruise liner with most of the rooms having no windows. The entire building is like a maze, making finding your room difficult. We paid extra for a one bedroom suite that was meant to have a view and we looked over the backyards of local houses. The water for shower was only just warm. There was a kettle, but no cups. We found one plastic cup in bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping. Staff were not at all approachable.

Unprofessional hotel. Room was at least a hundred yards from the front entrance which was the only way to enter. Had to go to the front area to get coffee, no coffee maker. Housekeeping was always late in the afternoon. Did not receive the room we booked. Counter lady was very rude and said there would be no refund. Shady place.

Hazard in room Upon entering the room the smell was overpowering of chlorine /bleach ...having had a long flight we sat on the bed and tried to rest ..the smell was got too much to stand .We then noticed an electrical box type fan on the dresser , it clearly stated on the top not to be used in occupied spaces ! ...We then went on to find it was an ozone remover ,for taking bad smell out of the air , very powerful and it can cause irritation ..The room must be ventilated thourough after use it states ..Problem being , there are no windows opening outside in the room we had ! We then went to reception and explained ,showed a photo of the ozone box and the guy did move us into another room ..we couldn't get that awful smell out of our noses ..I emailed the hotel following our check out 3 times and nobody has got back to me ...that ozone box should not have been used in that unventilated room and should not have been left in there ..
