Never again did not get the beds we were promised one of us had to sleep on the floor Was offered a comp room i booked for myself and 3 friends was assured I had 2 double beds when we checked in only 1 hour past check in time they had no double beds gave us a queen and a lumpy springs sticking out rollaway bed. They offered crusty blankets felt like they hadnt been washed in years. One of us had to sleep on the floor with them. We are all in our 60s wasnt fun. Nothing was open even bathrooms throughout were closed. Holiday weekend no live music on the Sunday night. no restaurants open later. The pool was closed. Keep your free rooms this casino was the worse

An A C Casino on the Upswing Been a couple of years since the CEO arrived and announced a multi-million dollar renovation. Been playing here for a month and just completed a 2 day stay, and I was impressed. I loved the hotel and thought the remodel was the best that I've seen. This Casino/hotel was once owned by Caesar's and now, after the sale, they are making Caesar's look bad. Give the place a try and stay there. You can easily walk to Gordon Ramsey next door and make the walk to Ruth Chris for upscale dining.

Dirty, dated and crappy. Very disappointing all around. Dated, dirty, and just…..old.
The check in process took ridiculously long. The ventilation is terrible in the entire casino, so expect your eyes to burn from the smoke and all your clothes to stink just from walking through.
The rooms were dirty and dated. It lacked accessible outlets for chargers and the coffee wasn’t near one. The bathroom was large, but the water was like warm at its best. Beds were terrible with cheap, crappy pillows. No fitted sheet!!! Just a loose bed sheet that had no way to stay on the mattress if you moved.
This place lacks any type of appeal. You can have your pick of hundreds of places to stay on AC, no idea why anyone picks this place. Maybe if it was under $100 a night, I could maybe see that. I wouldn’t ever stay again.
