The Las Vegas Strip: 24/7 Entertainment and Fine Dining

With an almost unlimited variety of casinos, bars and nightclubs, and live entertainment, the general consensus along the Las Vegas Strip seems to be “go big or go home.” And you can go really big here. Make a beeline for the dozens of 24-hour casinos lining the neon-lit Strip to tango with Lady Luck in high-stakes games of roulette, blackjack, and poker; or grab a front-row seat to the city’s over-the-top glitz at nightly magic, acrobatic, and musical performances. Be sure to stick around for mealtimes—casinos on the Strip are known for their fine-dining restaurants and extravagant buffets overflowing with crab legs and prime rib.

Even Sin City isn’t all casinos, all the time. Go shopping at the high-end boutiques found inside most hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, or head to Fashion Show Las Vegas to browse racks at Neiman Marcus, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue. You can also virtually travel the globe in just a few city blocks, thanks to the Strip’s re-creation of the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower, and Venetian canals. And you’ll find a surprising number of activities in Las Vegas for kids hidden amid the raucous nightlife.

This is not the level of service I expected It all starts at check in - we are diamond and platinum couple we don't require a suite or a view just a room near the elevator. Mind you this was explained to our host multiple times. At checkin we ask if could be near the elevator and given the same old line of "i'll see what i can do". Our agent leaves and talks to another agent (maybe lead) and she says NO. Our agent comes back and says I can't change it I ask our we close or at least halfway and she says "YES". As we walk to our room we notice the lack of upkeep and over the years how the atmosphere has gone downhill. We reach our floor and notice our room is at the very end of the long hall. It is 3am and I am exhausted from a long day of travel and my husband has a bad hip. I call from the house phone to speak to manager and the only thing that can be done is to transfer me back to the front desk - the agents that told me NO. I would have to wait till 8am to speak to diamond host. I then had to wake up early call to get a room change which was accommodated to a room that clearly was available 5 hrs earlier. Come on Ceasers - you're better than this. We have been loyal for over 10 years and I'm done. Looking for somewhere else. Will never stay somewhere we are made to feel unwelcome, and unable to enjoy the perks we pay for big time in losses.

Well Done on the move on from Ballys! Very pleasantly surprised have not been to the shoe since it was Ballys! Very very clean and friendly!!! Lan at check it pick this off with a old vegas type feel! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the property and made our check In experience enjoyable. Lan actually called the room after we checked in to make sure everything went okay. Do yourselves a favor and get Lan promotion quickly, or you're going to lose her to another property!!!

Smarmy tactics at the check-in counter The check-in lady Francis scammed me with an up charge. I arrived at the hotel around 9:30am. Check-in time wasn’t until 4. I asked Francis what the early check in charge was and she told me $51. I told her that I would just leave my bags at the Bell Desk and check in at 4. I had my disabled friend who I have been taking care of for 32 years. Francis asked me if he was my son. I told her no, but that he was like a son to me. I told her that I work with him at a group home for disabled children and once he aged out at 18 he had nowhere to go. I told her that he came home with me and my family and I got legal guardianship over him. She said that I was so kind to do that. Then she said, I’m going to wave the early check in fee and put you in a studio room. I told her that, that was very kind of her and told her thank you. Fast forward to check out. I see an additional charge for the upgrade to the studio room. Francis NEVER MENTIONED A CHARGE ON THE UPGRADE. Very sneaky and scammy. I spoke with the manager and she was very dismissive and said that I signed the contract/agreement and I could dispute it with the credit card company. I that was poor business tactics and that I would never stay or visit there casino again. She then said that’s fine and have a nice day. Unbelievable attitude for a manager. Be aware of this hotel.
