Customer Service I called March 17, 2025 and made reservations for June 1-9. We arrived June 1st and stayed overnight. During the night the smoke smell was awful so we decided to find another hotel/resort. We checked out on June 2nd. We were told by the sweet girl at the front desk that the one night was paid for when reservations were made so no other payment was needed and we were good to go so we left. Today when reviewing online banking, I found a charge for $2,197.08 made on June 10th. I called to discuss the issue for reimbursement and was placed on hold 40 minutes the first time, 43 minutes the second time and the line was disconnected after waiting 17 minutes the third time. I finally got the front desk again and was told to call back when the supervisor arrives at 3 p.m. As of now I have not spoken to anyone to resolve the issue, I've spent all day dealing with the issue and now have to make another phone call to hopefully get some help with the issue. I just want the $2,197.08 reimbursed and an apology for the hassle. That's all. Nothing free, nothing more. Until that is done, I cannot say anything positive about this hotel. Stay somewhere else.

Fair Decent sized casino. Staff friendliness in the cashier cage could some improving. Good location near outdoor activities. Staff at the cafe could also use some improving. Has a ways to go if they're ever going to be like the old Bally's in Las Vegas.

Bally's is not up to par I paid more for a room than my friends and we received a room overlooking the parking garage on the back side of the building even though the hotel was half empty. The danky dark and icy parking garage has elevators that only take you down to the first floor, then you have to walk through the casino just to get to the elevators to get up to the rooms. It's a good 5 to 10 minute walk depending on IF the elevators work. One of the two elevators in the parking garage did not work and was stuck on the third floor. The property looks old and unkept. Bulged carpeting, leaks in the ceiling, peeling paint, concrete breaking apart in the garage, etc. Upon checking in, I knew that there was a "resort fee" but I didn't know they charged $20 for parking. I was NOT given the option to have my car kept in Valet, they just automatically charged me $20 plus PLUS the $35 resort fee. So, that's an additional $55.00,...just because?!?! The young lady who checked us in barely looked up to say hello, and just ran our reservation through quickly and moved us along without a welcome or thank you. the room card to get in out of the garage was also a test of ones patience. You have to hold the card over an electronic reader in order for the gate to go up, but it takes about 1 minute or more for the card to be read and for the gates to open. Bally's has not kept this property up, however, I will say that the rooms were nice and the shower and bathroom were very nice and looked to be the only thing in the Hoel that was updated.
