Fun time but don’t expect drinks in a timely manner - no blame on the servers! Cocktail servers are overworked. Could hard find one but I could see them busting their humps. Bally’s needs to get their scheduling together!

Would not recommend. To start our room was as run down as I’ve ever been in. It appeared that a rodent had chewed by the refrigerator. Drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Coffee machine in the room was missing parts to adequately dispense coffee. They were so under staffed it was sad, staff looked completely overwhelmed. No restaurants except an understaffed cafe, on a Monday night. Checking out the desk clerk looked angry. Casino was so understaffed it took over an hour to get jackpot money, I felt very bad for the one person handling all of it. I’ll add the waitress was very sweet. Not sure what’s happening there, but a complete overhaul is in order. On the upside our shower was great, bed was comfortable and the bellman was very nice. We will not return to this Ballys.

Roach infested & no upgrades in years I received a welcome back offer and decided to give Bally's another chance. Since they took over after buying out El Dorado they promised so many improvements and none were made in the rooms throughout the years. We have even been there before when the elevator broke down. Imagine all the elderly and disabled people trying to walk down the flights of stairs to get help when they finally get out. Compared to other casinos the actual casino part is not bad, but the rooms and hotel are roach infested and have no updates. I saw roaches crawling all over the bed, out of the coffee maker, on the toilet seat, in the shower, etc.... This is the worst casino l've ever been to which is sad because I was a regular when it was El Dorados and when Bally's first bought it trusting they would make upgrades each time they made excuses.
