Third party booking risk. Check in was a nightmare. I booked through 3rd party and they said I wasn't in their system. I sat in the lobby over an hour, checking back every 10-15 minutes. During that time 2 more people had the same problem. To give the desk credit, they did pivot when they realized it was on their end and got us a room. Just hope I didn't double pay. The rest of the stay was good. Clean room, nice staff.

Horrible experience Hotel was awful. We walked in to a horrible smell in the room, musty and cigarette smell in a non smoking room. Dust was everywhere, stains on furniture, walls, sheet.. everything. Carpet looks nasty. Wallpaper was peeling off. There was globs of hair and dust in corners and roaches on the walls that scurried behind the wallpaper and the holes in the molding. Been trying to get a refund but they’ve been giving us the run around

BEWARE! HOUSEKEEPING NOT INCLUDED! BEWARE! ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR THE ENTIRE STAY! I was told "only before and after" use. Water was cold most of the time. Room furniture is old and worn, peeling wallpaper. Only saving grace was the pleasant and considerate Staff, view of river and convinent location. REFUND DEFINITELY DUE!!!
