Q:

What is your cancellation policy, outside the 8 days stated on Groupon ?

Ramon Q.  asked on  Sep 30, 2013

A:

Our hotel policy states the following: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are equal to one night's rate for each week that is booked. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable for Spring Season (Feb 1-April 25) and all Holidays! Deposits that are not during Season or a Holiday are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or more prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date then you will receive a credit voucher for a future stay less a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations made the day of arrival are responsible for 50% of original stay amount or 1 night deposit, whichever is greater. No exceptions. Non-Spring Season Reservation changes are subject to a $25 rebooking fee.

I would be available to come and check in on October the 11th and stay through and check out on the 15th but I can't do one deal. Is there some other way I can do it so that I don't have to do two different bookings?

Michael E.  asked on  Sep 23, 2013

A:

We currently do not have the night of the 12th available for this deal, so you would not be able to book a continuous stay.

Q:

we have 2 personal jetskis are we allowed to bring them up onto the beach ? we like to ride then take breaks on the beach and not have to dock them at the marina.

Melanie H.  asked on  Sep 16, 2013

A:

You can bring them. If they are on a trailer and you wish to park the trailer at the hotel then it would be a $10 charge per night for the parking of the trailer. As far as I know you can bring them up to the beach to take breaks.
