What is your cancellation policy, outside the 8 days stated on Groupon ?

Our hotel policy states the following: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposits are equal to one night's rate for each week that is booked. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable for Spring Season (Feb 1-April 25) and all Holidays! Deposits that are not during Season or a Holiday are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days or more prior to your arrival date. If cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date then you will receive a credit voucher for a future stay less a $50 cancellation fee. All cancellations made the day of arrival are responsible for 50% of original stay amount or 1 night deposit, whichever is greater. No exceptions. Non-Spring Season Reservation changes are subject to a $25 rebooking fee.
