There was a fireplace and jacuzzi tub to enjoy as I don't have either of those two at home. The dinner at the taverne was absolutely delicious. Such a restful time.

Great experience! My husband & I travel often, staying at many types of establishments. We have to say that this is one of our most favorite, literally comparable to our stay in Yountville/Napa Valley. Very clean, the bed was very comfortable, noise level was not an issue, staff was very friendly and helpful. We attended the single malt dinner at the restaurant and it was great! Had a night cap at the bar after, taking back dessert and cocktails to our room, making for a perfect evening! We highly recommend staying at Bass Lake!

Wonderful on all accounts! The Inn is wonderful on all accounts. The staff, room size, view, cleanliness, and atmosphere. It would have been nice to have glasses and mugs for water and coffee instead of plastic and paper cups but other than that - all was awesome. The Taverne also has a great menu! Seasonal, scratch made entrées that are not on your usual menu. Veal, elk, walleye, duck! Oh my!

Perfect place to stay in the Chardon area! Absolutely delightful, relaxing stay. The restaurant is a popular local favorite and excellent. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable. Stayed 4 nights and wish I could have stayed longer. This was the view from my balcony.
