Beware of one-bedroom condos We stayed in a one bedroom condo (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer) with an ocean view. What they don't tell you in advance is the one bedroom condos are really 2 bedroom condos where they rent the second room separately. And the second room controls the HVAC. We stayed June/July when temperatures were in the 90s. When the family in the adjoining room decided to turn on the heat, it over-rode our AC setting in our condo. Not only could we not have AC in our condo, we couldn't turn off the heat blowing into our condo. The first day it happened, maintenance helped, but when it happened again the next day, maintenance was off and the front desk refused to assist or move us to another room.

Hotel from hell I was better off staying at Dunes village resort, but wanted to try something different and closer to the strip for my family, a boy I truly made a mistake!! We pay all this money to find out house keeping doesn’t not come into the rooms and fix or straighten the beds. They only change your towels and trash. I had to go down and get more tissue for the bathroom , a small detergent because we were cooking. They didn’t give any toiletries mind you we are staying for 5 days. One of our beds is on its last leg and uneven. They need to invest in comforter sets our bed are consist of 5 to 6 sheets to make it seem as if it’s a comforter and super thin. Everything is old all the condos need to be updated immediately, or just gut the whole facility and start over. condos is so old we can hear the plumbing from the next customers room over. The pool area is boring a lazy river , 2 hot tubs and a few pools. They just started having a bar from 11am-6pm more advertising could be done for that. I cut my finger on a glass cup that I was washing , most of the cups are all cracked on their rim so please watch out your lips to get cut up.” Everything is old in the room. I’m ready to go and have 3 more days of torture. I think I’m more disturbed that housekeeping do not come and fix the beds! We were told since Covid they stopped, I think they should advertise that on the website “ we do not fix or give clean sheets or straighten beds”. Mind you I walked past house keeping cleaning a vacant room and they were not wearing a mask. If they were so worried about not making the customers bed while they are staying since Covid, I’d think a mask would be worn when cleaning a suite after customers leave since they are so worried about catching something . We left the room with our luggage zip and put to the side to come back to our beds in the same state and no new tissue and towels just thrown up on the metal rack! So that mean we’re making our own beds. I will not be back.. we check out on Thursday 06/26. Oh yes and Trenton I believe the manager on duty has awesome customer service especially due to the frustration on my face. By the way there are only 3 handicap spots and the parking deck is across the using floors 1-4 only and sharing with another hotel . After the 4 floor you have to pay for parking 15$ all day .

Honest The room size, great. Having a washer and dryer in the room, awesome. Rusty light fixtures with a flashing half burned light, ok. A safe that makes the same sound as if someone is vacuuming on the next floor, umm. Dirty plate from the guest before stuffed in the side of the couch, eeeh.Pool area is nice!
