- Parking: Parking is included in the resort fee; limit to (1) vehicle per reservation located in the parking garage across the street from the resort. Due to height restrictions (7ft. height clearance), enclosed trailers are not allowed in the parking garage. RVs / campers, trailers, large trucks, boats, buses, golf carts, and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on property or in parking areas. Assigned parking passes must be present in all vehicles either in front window dash or hanging from the rearview mirror.
- Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the premises which includes the balcony. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
- Pet policy: Pets are not permitted with the exception of Service Animals and must be registered at the Front Desk; this does not include emotional support animals.

The first and last It was our first time in Myrtle Beach, I wanted a high floor. We got there and got a second floor ocean view with trees in the way of our view. After I reserved the room in Dec. 24, I called and asked for a high floor. I asked for another room but they said they can not with the length of our stay. When we got in our room it was warm and the a/c was on. I went to the office, they sent maintenance to our room. Several rooms are hooked to 1 unit. They got it working. There is no soft chairs in the room. One light in the bathroom was barely on, 2 other lights flickered several times. The light fixture base in bathroom had rust spots on it, toilet tank had a rusty TP holder on it. Shower curtain rod angled down in the middle and curtain did not want stay closed. There is rust stain behind toilet. 2 vents in the ceiling did not have air coming out. 1 was blocked by aluminum foil or something. One evening the HVAC system was blowing hot air, it was set to cool 68 degrees, and the room went up to 74 degrees before it started blowing cool air. One morning at 4 am I got awake and.heard LOUD music outside at the pool area. I called the front desk, they sent security. About 10 minutes later it got quiet. In the front to the building there is 2 big pipes about 2 feet in diameter, on floor 7 one pipe has vent plate missing so there is about a foot by foot hole in the pipe-(CHILD SAFETY ISSUE). Not going back

Old,outdated, sticky, falling ceiling, furniture raggedy, dirty behind tv’s, dripping sink n toilet ,All untrue reviews 2 bd. Condo old, rusty, raggedy, toilet, sink ran, nasty finger prints on doors,walls, book w information it was sticky. ceiling kept falling , ironing board no legs, grime behind small tv’s. We put sheets over the furniture. Horrible time

Okay but needs work To start off, our room looked like the picture but dirtier. It was fine and had enough space. The pool is absolutely amazing I loved it. I do have some complaints though. When we were leaving, we had already been packed and waiting for the elevator. (There’s four and we were on the 17th floor). Two of them were working, but we waited for a literal hour before deciding to go down the stairs with suit cases and heavy bags. Eventually, it was to hard and we got off the stair case on the tenth floor just to wait for 15 more minutes. Then, right as we were about to get in our elevator, it skipped us. Due to all the people in the hotel and two broken elevators, they were packed. We got into an elevator with about four other people with suitcases and a cart. Then, once we got out of the hotel and went to their parking garage, the elevator was also broken there.

Love it!!! The Bay View Resort was amazing!!! From the front desk staff being nice and friendly to the great rooms!! My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach was amazing and beautiful!! The are already planning our next stay!!

Spring Break Birthday Celebration Our daughter wanted to be on the beach for her 16th birthday. Lucky for her it fell during her spring break! We chose BayView Resort based on its proximity to what looked like fun things to do and reviews we read. We are very pleased with our stay. The pool was cold and the hot tub was unbearably hot. However the room was nice although the couch was super uncomfortable.
We would most certainly stay here again. We had a 2 room suite ocean facing. When we asked for more towels they were brought the same day without issue. Floors could use a better mopping between guests but the rooms weren't unsitely.
