Due to height restrictions (7ft. height clearance), enclosed trailers are not allowed in the parking garage. RVs / campers, trailers, large trucks, boats, buses, golf carts, and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on property or in parking areas. Assigned parking passes must be present in all vehicles either in front window dash or hanging from the rearview mirror.
  • Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the premises which includes the balcony. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
  • Pet policy: Pets are not permitted with the exception of Service Animals and must be registered at the Front Desk; this does not include emotional support animals.

Do not stay here. Looks good on outside. Disgusting and scary on the inside. Smoking of all kinds as well. The outside looks great. The moment you walk in. You know something is wrong. They make you go thru a presentation to get coupons. The facility is disgusting The luggage carts are filthy. The outside pool and hot tub look great. But once you enter the front doors, its an entirely different place. The doors going to the indoor pool were so disgusting that we never opened them to see just how bad what we saw thru the windows was. The elevator fits two people snd a cart ( filthy dirty). We get to our floor and the hallways were scary and filthy. Go to find our room and its in a separate little cubby hallway. And i notice ABC We were B. A group of three middle-aged people came out of A and pot smoke rolled out with them. I see our room B and it is left a jarred and open. Not only is the room decrepit and dirty. It smells of non stop pot and cigarettes. We did not go past the door threshold. It was that bad. We came here from the Hilton nextdoor, because we decided when we woke up that wanted to spend another night with an ocean view and they only had large rooms available. We should have paid the few extra hundred and stayed there for the time. It was 5pm once we finally left the Bayview and we were so disgusted that we just drove home Do not stay at Bayview. The only thing good is the view.

Fun in the sun The check in process was very quick. Good customer service. Room was very nice and worth the price. Only con was no dish detergent or pails to load ice. Definitely will stay again when my family and I visit Myrtle Beach again!_

Great beach-front location; tired resort We've stayed at this property several times over the years, so it's sad to see its decline because with some much needed updates, it could be great again. The nice, beach-front location directly on the bustling Boardwalk is a plus, as is the lush landscaping, but the Resort's interior needs major work. The suite accommodations need a furniture overhaul, as they are falling apart, the sinks and AC vents drip, the lamps and curtains are ancient, the mattresses are lumpy, and the outdoor and indoor pool areas need a thorough cleaning. Sadly, the Staff we encountered didn't smile much; the vibes emanating from them said they wanted to be elsewhere. The on-site Starbucks was nice; we received two complimentary coffees a day. If you're stuck for accommodations, you could endure a couple nights here, if need be, but I don't recommend staying more than that...there are fresher, more updated Resorts on the Grand Strand than this establishment. I hope they update this property sooner rather than later.

Uncomfortable Room was clean but scuffed. The towels were grey in color but had bleach stains. We were not able to really enjoy our balcony or pool because of the weed and alcohol being consumed. Check in was crazy. Never saw an employee. Check in was by text, I didn't see a front desk. Wasn't sure who to call for any problems. We were supposed to have two queen beds, they were not queen size more like full size so sleep was difficult with so little room. I guess over all it served it's purpose. Will not stay again.
