After booking on groupon.com do I have to call the resort to confirm my reservation? Is the $5 resort fee per person/per day? May we use the amenities in both towers? Thank you

A:

There is no need to call and confirm after booking online, but if you wish to double check please give us 24 hours to enter your reservation details in our system. The $5 access fee is a per night charge, not per person per night. Bay Watch Resort is a collection of 3 buildings which stretch the length of a block. Guests are encouraged to use the facilities in each of the 3 buildings.

my husband is in a wheelchair. are any of the oceanfront rooms offered in this deal handicap accessible

We do not have any true handicap accessible rooms. The doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair, but none of the bathrooms are equipped with handicap accessibility.

We are several miles from the actual boardwalk. Bay Watch Resort is located in North Myrtle Beach, but the boardwalk is in downtown Myrtle Beach. Travel time is about 25 minutes.

There is no view from the studio units, so if you want an ocean view room you will need to purchase the suite.

Sorry for the confusion! If you scroll your mouse over March 5th on the calendar, it will say "not available for check-in". Unfortunately you would not be able to use the Groupon for March 5th, which is why you are unable to book your desired date range.

Yes, anyone who brings a pet does need to pay the extra $15 per pet per night. Pets are allowed through 3/31/13.

It looks like the room with 2 double beds is sold out. The one bedroom with king bed is showing available and you shouldn't have any trouble booking it.
