Q:

So aside from the additional $20 per night for each adult over the standard 2 (that's included) and the $5 per night resort fee...are there any other hidden fees? Or what you pay is really the cost of the trip? I ask because when I went to your website and compared, it was much more expensive without this deal. Also, is that $5 per person or flat fee?

Monica P.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

The only additional charges after you buy the deal from Groupon are the $5 per night access fee and $20 additional adult charges if applicable.

So they only charge the $20 for anyone over 18 years old? I have 2 children 5 and 1, and they will not be charged, right?

Correct. The additional person charges apply for adults, 18 years and over, only. Children 17 and under stay free.

Q:

After booking on groupon.com do I have to call the resort to confirm my reservation? Is the $5 resort fee per person/per day? May we use the amenities in both towers? Thank you

Eva S.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

There is no need to call and confirm after booking online, but if you wish to double check please give us 24 hours to enter your reservation details in our system. The $5 access fee is a per night charge, not per person per night. Bay Watch Resort is a collection of 3 buildings which stretch the length of a block. Guests are encouraged to use the facilities in each of the 3 buildings.
