Everything was clean, smelled fresh and ready for us. The young guy working the front desk was really helpful and gave us plenty of information. Our room came with a small kitchen area too. Only things that were a Con: bathroom sink was clogged (we ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink), and the cleaning ladies were SO LOUD in the AM. SO SO LOUD. Museum was very underwhelming.

Roswell Alien experience This motel never lets me down. Comfortable rooms, clean, friendly staff including cleaning crews. An easy place to access and in the midst of many fast food restaurants within walking distance and even more within a close drive. Plenty of parking and always kept up.

Dirty and unprofessional Walked in and front desk clerk wearing t shirt. Took a long time to get checked in.
Ice maker was down on 2 of the 3 levels. Pool was out too. Ac in the room was way too loud as was the fan in the bathroom. Overall felt like a hotel 6. In the morning had to go to the front desk to get my receipt. Not left under the door.

Room not ready If you enjoy having to wait for your room and be late to your event because they didn't have your room ready then this is the place for you. Also don't plan on showering because they didn't put towels in the room when they did finally "clean" the rrom.
