Awesome stay! Loved the pools, great staff! My only concern was that we paid $12 a day for parking? Did not know this policy until check-in.

Great stay overall. Room was clean and well stocked. Great view and amenities were plenty. Mattress on pull out couch was extra old but thankfully we didn't have to use it. Bathtub water didn't drain well but wasn't too bad.

Great stay! Enjoyable weekend! The resort was beautiful and the front desk staff lady was nice and courteous. They even brought up a toilet seat booster for my elderly grandmother since the toilet seat was too low. The room was clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable. It was up to date on appliances. The balcony was private and provided a wonderful view of the ocean. The indoor pool was a bit small however it was heated to a nice temperature for swimming. We did not use the outdoor hot tubs but the indoor one was very relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for better temperatures in early November! The sun was shining and the average temp was in the low 70s. I was impressed by how close the parking was to the hotel and how easy it was to get to our rooms. My grandmother cannot walk far however this was very manageable. I would definitely stay there again!

Owner stay Beach Cove is an amazing resort with all amenities you need. Can’t beat the views from sunset to sunrise. I also had some maintenance done in my unit and Roy did an excellent job handling maintenance in my unit. He was professional, kind, and efficient throughout the entire process. Not only did he complete the work thoroughly, but he also took the time to clean up afterward, leaving everything neat and tidy. It’s great to have someone so courteous and detail-oriented taking care of the property. Highly recommend his work!

Prompt response time. When we got to our room, the smoke alarm was chirping.I called the front desk and in less than 5 minutes Roy knocked on the door and took care of it. We were happy with the prompt response. The biggest drawback of this resort is no pool towels are provided. We've never experienced this anywhere before. Our room was clean but the resort is in need of updating and clean carpet.
