Tried to change to 2 queen size but was unable to make a change to a groupon offer. Hotel is always excellent and I will stay there again this fall.

Decent hotel experience not really a "resort" I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days during a conference. While the grounds/pool area were nice the design of the resort was strange to me as there were only about 9 rooms with a full ocean front view. All others had a slim partial view of the ocean and mostly the parking lot. The beds were very low which I understand may be because Hilton Head Island is more of a retirement community but that was a "con" for me. The highlight of the property for me was the Bevi water dispenser which added flavors and vitamins to your water when filling up.

Couples Weekend We stayed at the Beach House the weekend of the Regatta and it was very interesting. The live music at the Tiki Bar was fun and there are tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We will definitley stay again!

From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She handled every question and request with ease and made us feel like VIPs. Kiki, you're a rockstar! Let’s talk drinks and service: the bar team here gets it. Tommy, Dugan, Sydney, and our standout server Christanna kept the good times flowing with energy, creativity, and top-tier hospitality. Whether it was a beachside cocktail or a late-night pour, they delivered every time with smiles and perfect timing. And the live music? _ Absolutely the heart of the experience. A variety of talented bands hit the stage throughout our stay, but Groove Town Assault stole the show. Their energy, setlist, and crowd connection created an atmosphere that made it impossible not to dance.
