Tried to change to 2 queen size but was unable to make a change to a groupon offer. Hotel is always excellent and I will stay there again this fall.

Great resort right on the beach! My kids loved the large hot tub and pool. The bartender there was the best!

Family and Friends Trip to Hilton Head Travel party included 4 adults and 2 kids split into 2 rooms. The location, pool and food/drink options are great and the staff were very friendly. Enjoyed having a patio room with bunk beds so the adults could still hang out while the kids slept. But bring bug spray for night time! Also for any parents - the window shades were not black out so my 4 year old was waking up earlier than expected when the light hit our room in the morning. I knew the resort did not have laundry or a fitness center, but I found myself wishing they did during the trip just for convenience. I was told the gym and laundry were about a mile away, but we had no car so no quick/free way to get there. Loved the live music every day that we could hear at the pool or beach and having Sweet Al’s right at the resort for coffee and breakfast was so convenient.

Lipstick on a Pig This hotel is essentially "lipstick on a pig." While they have made some superficial improvements, such as painting and new flooring, the photos do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. The bathroom in our room was quite unpleasant—stains were everywhere, nothing appeared clean, and the door handle didn’t work. This was definitely not what we expected. The walls of the room are extremely thin, allowing us to hear everything happening in the hotel. Housekeeping services were minimal at best. We ordered a charcuterie platter for our room at check-in, and housekeeping wouldn’t remove it for several days, so we eventually had to place it on their cart ourselves. While the location seems nice in theory, the beach access is entirely public, leading to constant competition for space. The front desk staff were not friendly at all; the only thing we heard at check-out was, "Would you like a copy of your receipt?" Overall, this experience was definitely not what we had hoped for.

You’ll never want to leave Amazing hotel with amenities. I chose this hotel because it had the beach, the pool, the live music, the bar, and the food all in one place Traveling solo, it was easy and safe, and I never left the hotel They offered Yoga on the beach every morning and music all day. It was the most relaxing vacation I’ve had in a long time.
