Great resort right on the beach! My kids loved the large hot tub and pool. The bartender there was the best!

Excellent family vacation This is our go to place every year. Love the recent renovations. We rented the cabana for two days and it was worth the price. Only thing I would suggest is to have a small first aid kit and a small trash can in the cabana. We received free bottle of waters both days. Love the TV and fan and a surprise complimentary Mediterranean hors d'oeuvres tray. We had two very attentive waitress, Allyssa and Sara who took care of our needs despite they also took care of the guests around the pool area. Price of food and drinks were pricey but enjoyable. The grandkids love the pool and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the Beach area which was very convenient to walk to. We did not go to the tiki hut so cannot comment on their service. Our room was well kept, bed was very comfortable. Parking was challenging because they had a large conference group staying at the hotel. We walked most of the time to shops and restaurants nearby. All in all always a very pleasant stay and of course we will be back next year.

Another great time was had by all We come every year to this hotel and always a great time. We had the cabana for two days. Alissa and Sara were the best!!!! Took great care of us!! It is a bit pricey for the food and drinks, some food was a miss but overall very good. My two kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. We even spent some time on the beach. Another great trip in the books.

Lipstick on A Pig You’ve probably heard the old saying “well, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.” At the Beach House, you can paint the walls and throw in a few nautical accoutrements on a shabby Holiday Inn, but with its dimly lit hallways and rusty bathroom hardware, it’s still a shabby Holiday Inn. The Beach House is in a prime location with great beach access and its walkability to shopping and dining in popular Coligny Plaza, but the charms end there. The access wristbands do not work at the pool. The men staffing the pool are more than happy to tell you that it’s your fault for using them incorrectly and everyone knows you’re supposed to take them off, turn them inside out, move them in multiple positions and perhaps over time it will work. Sure, blame the guest. This is a major inconvenience, especially when you’re paying an extra “resort fee.” The service at The Porch and poolside is quite good and friendly and the food is basic but enjoyable. The same cannot be said for the Tiki Hut. While in a prime location with all day music, the food is truly terrible. As for the service, our server was clearly exasperated we were there but was Sunday night and apparently he had someplace else he wanted to be. One thing they absolutely do care about is parking on their property. OMG TSA has nothing on the parking crew at the Beach House. Be prepared to be questioned about your guest status earl and often. The pool is adequate but the rooms are genuinely shabby. We’ve been here 3 night and still have not had housekeeping. There are far better options so do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a far more enjoyable experience.
