Tried to change to 2 queen size but was unable to make a change to a groupon offer. Hotel is always excellent and I will stay there again this fall.

Perfect stay Everything was perfect during our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were so comfortable. Staff were all super friendly.Special shout out to Patricia who was an absolute sweetheart and so very helpful during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place for a great vacation. Also, I would highly recommend getting the resorts chairs. Nothing better than wait service on the beach. Madyson was the best!!! Fast service and super friendly!

Overpriced. Pay for location, not the service Stayed M-F. Service in the restaurant and by the pool was poor for the price. Limited food menu that was average at best. Don't be in a hurry for anything. Staff didn't know the menu, constantly screwed up orders. 3-4 staff members are carrying the other 10. Had a cabana everyday, last day they told us it came with charcuterie board. They just left it out the previous days. Fridge was working half the time at the cabana, buzzers going off most of the time due to its malfunction. Don't try to bring anything in from the outside! You must buy from their limited menu where they'll screw up your order half the time and bring you average food at best.
To be clear, you're paying to stay here so you have a decent pool and you're on the beach. Bathroom design is dumb. Small shower with a half glass open shower concept. Guaranteed to get your floor soaked. One of the doors never worked with the armbands, making it so you had to walk all the around to get to the pool.
Don't expect any help out front, they don't have the staff for that. Watched countless people dealing with massive luggage and zero assistance. They have a "store" near check in, which is about a 5' area. Better not need ANYTHING medical related, but you can buy a Diet Coke.
You'd think with their acquisition they'd be over delivering at this point. Instead you get a high price point, bad service, but a good location.

Tiki Hut great service We had some drinks at the Tiki Hut by the beach. The drinks were wonderful. Highly recommend the the Banana Colada.
Our server, Haeley, was very friendly & provided great service. Such a treat to have someone who loves her job & treats us great.
We will surely be back again for a great time and great service.
