Tried to change to 2 queen size but was unable to make a change to a groupon offer. Hotel is always excellent and I will stay there again this fall.

Great resort right on the beach! My kids loved the large hot tub and pool. The bartender there was the best!

Just visited! Amazing location and very close proximity to many things to do. Pros: -Tiki hut is a great spot to entertain and gather for a few drinks. -Location is great and staff at front desk and pretty cool, especially Kevin. -Onsite coffee shop was a hit! -Bed was comfy and room spacious. Cons: -Outside of Doug, service could use some training at the tiki hut. -Hotel is a bit pricey given the rooms are a bit outdated compared to what you see online. Pics might have been from 3-5 years ago. -Pool could use cleaning. -Food was hit or miss for our group.

Amazing Poolside Experience with Exceptional Service! I recently visited the Beach House Resort with a day pass and rented a cabana with a friend. I have to say, we had an incredible experience! Despite a thunderstorm rolling in, the day turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip, and a big reason for that was our amazing server, Alex. From the start, Alex went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was attentive, personable, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. He checked in often, not just to see if we needed anything, but also to simply chat and make sure we were enjoying our time. He shared that he’s currently an intern studying hospitality at my friend’s alma matter and my hometown, and it truly shows that he’s passionate about this field. Even when the storm hit and we had to move indoors to the bar area, Alex still came to check on us and continued to offer top-notch service. His positive energy and attention made what could’ve been a disappointing, rainy afternoon into a fun and memorable one. The cabana and beach area were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Even with a crowd, it never felt too packed or overwhelming. Between the relaxing atmosphere and the outstanding service, especially from Alex, I’m already planning to return. Wishing Alex all the best in his future, he’s sure to thrive in hospitality! And huge thanks to the Beach House Resort for a great day.
