Tried to change to 2 queen size but was unable to make a change to a groupon offer. Hotel is always excellent and I will stay there again this fall.

Our experience at the beach house was amazing This place is amazing. Had the best time. The food was great, the music was great the staff friendly n fast. The pool was clean n the water temperature was perfect. The whole property was so clean. The front desks girls were awesome. The beach was beautiful. We have NOT one complaint.

Great beachfront hotel The resort was nicely renovated recently with a fun nautical theme everywhere. The room, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very easy to get extra towels or pillows. Small fridge and keurig coffeemaker with pods. No tea unfortunately since we are tea drinkers. No microwave. Lots of USB ports at each end table to charge devices. Small desk with two chairs and a comfy chair in the corner. Bathroom amenities, housekeeping services were all excellent. Free WiFi worked fine. Thermostat/air conditioning worked great. There is a pair of elevators to reach the upper floors (5 total). It is beachfront, you can rent beach chairs/umbrella from the tiki hut (or just buy some cheap ones for your stay across the street in the shopping plaza since it’s $65/day or $45/half day for two chairs and an umbrella). Your nightly fee includes beach/pool towels and the pool area is lovely. Also a nice hot tub. We ate at the poolside restaurant “the Porch” twice and it was very good. Waitstaff will also serve you at your pool chairs or bring you drinks to your beach chair (if you rent from them). The Coligny shopping area is across the street and has a grocery store, lots of fun shops and great restaurants. The beach was flat and easy to walk on. The water was warm in early June. You can rent bikes too. The tiki bar had live music every day/night and looked like it was hopping (not our jam so we didn’t go). I really enjoyed our stay here. The only negatives I found were: there is no gym/fitness room on site. They have an arrangement with a gym a 7 min drive away that you can use for free after getting a voucher from the front desk. We didn’t bother trying and instead went for walks/runs around the area. Second issue is the walls/doors of the rooms are quite thin so you can hear noise in the hall or next door. With noise canceling earbuds, this wasn’t an issue for my sleep. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Beach House and will visit again someday!

Just a 24hr stay but it was more than what I could ask for Patricia was lovely and sweet. Breakfast was delicious. Hot tub was hot. Drinks were cool. Will stay again. The only complaint I may have is the wrist bands were not always working so at one point we just kept them in our bag. Also there wasn’t much on TV if I’m going to be spending the price I did I would have hoped for some Netflix lol
