Tried to change to 2 queen size but was unable to make a change to a groupon offer. Hotel is always excellent and I will stay there again this fall.

Great resort right on the beach! My kids loved the large hot tub and pool. The bartender there was the best!

Disappointing Room Location and Customer Service. Pros and Cons. We booked a Premium Oceanview King with a nonrefundable purchase. When we arrived, the room did not have a "full ocean view" as described on the website. When I asked the front desk about getting the room level we paid for, they said there were no other rooms, but did offer to move us the next day. When I asked them to adjust our room rate, they said they couldn't do anything because we used a nonrefundable rate. Bottom line, nonrefundable means you may not receive the room you paid for, and you will not get the same customer service as other guests. After the initial disappointment, we did enjoy our stay. Here are some pros and cons for this property: PROS: The room and bath were current and clean, beds are comfy. The resort provides a daily refresh of emptying trash and exchanging room towels, excellent beach access, and the pool is nice, although there weren't enough chairs. Beach towels are provided. CONS: This resort is located near the public parking for beach access so the beach will always be crowded, The "Standing deck" from your room is about 12 inches wide, and it truly standing room only, the in room fridge is small so bring a cooler, there is no microwave in the room and there is no public microwave, you have to ask the front desk staff to heat any items. The Tiki Hut is a nice day spot for food and drink. They play music all day long but stop at 10pm. Would I stay here again? Yes. But I would not get a discounted rate and would make sure I knew exactly the location of the room I was getting. (at least the floor). If you are travelling with children, the small fridge and lack of a microwave will not be convenient.

Great resort overall! Very nice resort!! Every single staff member was super nice and wanted to do whatever they could to make sure we had a great vacation. It was really nice to be right on the beach and within walking distance to the Coligny Plaza. We enjoyed the beach yoga and the sea turtle “put the beach to bed”. Sweet Al’s had a great açaí bowl, pastries and breakfast sandwiches. The Porch had an awesome breakfast (we never ate lunch or supper there.) The Tiki Hut had decent food, we mostly had snacks there. Live music was, some groups better than others, based on personal preference. The one negative—everything was wet! It was very humid. Our swimsuits never fully dried, the sheets felt damp when you went to bed, etc. We ran our air conditioning cooler than we normally would, but that didn’t help. Overall, I’d stay there again.

Best getaway My husband and I needed a relaxing, no agenda getaway, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay than this resort for our needs. We were greeted at the front desk and allowed to check in a bit early. That was great! When we got to our room, it was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean! The housekeeping staff was available all day and into the early evening! That’s where I met Patricia who was a ray of sunshine! I saw her almost everyday and she greeted me with a warm good morning every time, and always asked if we needed anything! After unpacking we headed on down to the tiki bar, where there was live music! Hays, our bartender was excellent, fun to talk to and gave us some recommendations for dinner in the area. We were within walking distance to tons of shops and a lot of restaurants, but we didn’t even need to leave the property. The food right there was excellent. The next day we had breakfast at The Porch, the resort’s restaurant. Wendy, our server was awesome! Friendly and sweet, food was delicious! We enjoyed the beach, but ventured to the resorts pool. Where we had complete pool service for beverages and food! Alyssa was our server everyday! She was attentive, sweet and remembered what we drank! She made our day everyday!! We couldn’t have been more happy with the whole experience! Thank you to all the staff at the Beach House Resort for making it all perfect!
