I Just bought this deal with dates reserved on the Groupon site. Do I need to also call the hotel for reservation dates?

Hello Cindy, Once you booked the reservation via Groupon, there is nothing else needed to do as far as the reservation. You can contact the Hotel directly to confirm and update and requests/info. Thank you

Is it possible to park (for an additional $25 fee) and fly and then stay overnight at the hotel on our return trip? If so, should we call ahead in order to schedule a shuttle to the airport?

What happens if I book the hotel and cancel before the 48hr window. Do I get a full refund.

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a full refund in your original form of payment as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.

do you charge extra for kids in the two-queen room? (we have 2 adults and 3 kids 11/9/4 yrs old

Hello Qinjia, No, but the maximum Guests in the room with children would be 5. We charge if the child is 12 years old or older.

What happens if I do cancel outside of the cancellation policy window meaning outside of the 48hrs. Do I get full money back refunded on my credit card or would that be groupon bucks.

Hello Bhavin, Yes, three adults and one 7 year old child can be in one room with Two queen sized beds. There would be an extra charge for the 3rd Guest/adult (11 years or older). $10 plus tax which equals $11.45 paid upon check-in.

Hello Naomi, We accept Dogs, and there is a pet fee of $20 plus tax per night equaling $22.90 per night for one pet. If you have two pets, which is the max, the fee is $30 plus tax. Please contact the Hotel once the Groupon is purchased, and inform the Hotel you will have a pet with you. The pet fee will be charged upon check-in and Pet friendly rooms are located on the 1st floor. Thank you

Do you have a shuttle to the airport? If so, can you leave your car at the hotel for an extra fee?

Hello Carol, Yes, our Airport Shuttle to PDX, runs from 5am - 11pm. If you wanted to leave your car, while away, there would be a $25 fee paid upon check-in. The car can be parked up to 3 weeks and we would pick you up back at PDX. Thank you
