  • Reservations are required for the shuttle service, hotel guests can book this service 48 hours before their scheduled arrival at the hotel and all shuttles must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.

Good stay, tight bathroom, close to a bunch of stuff Service: 5, I had booked 2 rooms adjoining for our family. Upon arrival after 4pm they did not have adjoining rooms ready yet, so one room was upgraded to a King from 2 dbl. Ivo took good care to make sure we knew all we needed to about the facility’s amenities. Facility: Rooms: Bare bones necessities in the room; shampoo/body wash combo & conditioner, 1 make up wipe and a tiny hand soap bar. Prepackaged coffee type maker, not Kuerig. Small fridge & microwave. Giant TV. AC was incredibly loud, but it drowned out the fireworks noise from the theme parks. Walls were somewhat thin; we could hear the dog next door bark and our grand-baby cry. Floors are 100% vinyl as they accommodate animals. Pool was lovely; towels available and 2 hot tubs at different temps 100° & 104°. They even have a separate sunbathing area called their ‘parent refuge’. Gym: didn’t try Deli: has made to order coffees as well as drip, lots of pre made sandwiches and made to order food as well. Charcuterie, alcohol and pre-packed fruit, ice creams, as well as fresh scoop ice cream. Restaurant on premise: didn’t try. Restaurants near by: 5⭐️ to BJ’s Brewhouse; Monday night 1/2 off large pizzas!

A wonderful hotel for anyone The room was very nice and clean. The beds are really comfortable and the comforter was very good and warm. And hospitality was amazing. Also the gentlemen named OJAVIO in restaurant for breakfast buffet he is amazing and so friendly and kind and always has a smile. I love this hotel the location is perfect. Definitely recommend this Best Western Gateway hotel.
