  • Guests need to cover a $5.00 charge per guest for the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks shuttle to the Epcot Transportation Hub, and from there the shuttle service to all of the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks attractions.
  • Reservations are required for the shuttle service, hotel guests can book this service 48 hours before their scheduled arrival at the hotel and all shuttles must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
  • Guest will not be able to board the shuttles without a reservation and reservations can be made here

Awesome staff My total experience was out standing from the guest check in to my ordering Togo at the bar. Maria at the front desk check in was very kind, attentive and thoughtful of my needs! A huge raise for her! Jhonny at the bar on equal par. Great conversation and took great care of everything I needed! Also remembered my name from when I stopped in earlier for a menu. No that’s service. Thank you all for a great experience.

Hotel that gives your money’s worth We booked a King suite that was really set up well. It had a small fridge, microwave & coffee pot, a sofa, arm chair and a large screen TV. These rooms are located on the 8th floor and have a large wall of windows. The room was very spacious and, other than the floor being a bit dirty, the rest of the room & entire hotel presented as very clean. We did mention the dirty floor to management & shortly after texting them, housekeeping came to mop the floor. The only other problem was that the tub faucet was so loose, we could not set the water temperature. My husband fixed that. All that needed done was the center screw needed screwed back in place. We were surprised that housekeeping didn’t see this when cleaning the bathtub. It was SO loose! The breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety to pick from and the pool/hot tub area was well maintained and water was very clean. We used the pool twice during our stay and definitely enjoyed it. The hotel offered shuttle service to Universal at 2 specified drop off & pick up times. We did not use this service. For the price, we felt this hotel was very nice. We definitely recommend it!

Overnight trip So we arrived at the best western last sat for a night to go sw aqua glow unfortunately weather didnt workout anyway we were greeted by luciana amazing welcome from her right from the start she upgraded are rooms for free which said on one side of building were nicer n newer so all is good. But ny bro got his room ac wasn't working luciana took good care of him switched to another room ! My room was pretty good despite ac blowing loud which I never cared but made flapping noise in 346 must be fixed for future stay for people ! Overall good experience ! Will be back !
