Since I called your hotel to be certain my reservation was received & it was, do I need to get proof of it from Groupon. [and if so what do you need?] Thank you, Sam

A:

Your reservation is already on file with the hotel, you wont need to bring your Groupon with you. All you'll need is identification matching the name on the reservation.

Q:

Last night I submitted 2 questions at once and have yet to see an answer. [Did locate one answer via another person asking one.] Now with my age 77 I forgot the other question. However, when reading others' questions you've answered, another question hit me as I am limited mobility [not sure it everything will heal by the date of my visit]. I have a reservation for a King Ocean View on Oct. 21st. I read it seems uncertain as to which floor I may be on. (I never thought to ask at the time if a handicapped room was available. As it is I personally called the Inn today, was told my reservation is not in the system yet and to all back on Sunday. Any suggestion or help you can provide will be appreciated. Thanks, Sam

All of our Handicapped rooms are double queen rooms however we do have elevators and we can put you on a lower level as to help out with that!

This deal is for rooms at $80 and $95, yet every specific date I saw is for $115. Groupon lets you get away with this? Are there ANY $95 ocean view rooms?

The deal actually has different dates Sept-Oct is $113 for King Ocean view, $92 for QQ Hillside view Nov-Dec is $95 for Ocean view and $80 for QQ Hillside view! Groupon set it up this way, I am sorry it is confusing!

We only have a allotment of rooms for this special price and it looks like that was a popular date and has sold out! You would have to book the 7th through the hotel at the regular rate without food credit!

The dates of stay end on December 26th. If you click on the calender and the date is not available then that means the offer is sold out for that day!
