since dates cannot be changed, do you get a complete refund if you need to cancel?

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once you've booked, you will not be able to reschedule your stay.

My family is looking to drive over the winter holiday. Preferrable Dec. 26 - Jan. 2. Is this an option? The calendar shown is not allowing me to stay in January. Thank you.

Pets are allowed based on the availability of pet-friendly rooms, please call ahead to inquire. Up to two dogs per room with an 80 lb. weight limit. Additional pet types (cats, birds, etc.) may be accepted at the hotel's discretion. Pet rate is $20 per day with a $100 per week maximum. A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $50 is required at check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit may become non-refundable and the hotel may charge an additional fee to cover the costs of repair/cleaning.

Deluxe rooms are larger than standard rooms. All rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave.

Are you allowed to dock your own personal boat at the marina and if so would that be included in price of stay at the inn or would there be an additional fee for that? Thank you

Hi, It says the offer is for 2. We are a family of 5. Is there an upcharge for the kids?

A:

Maximum occupancy for the Groupon room is 4 in the queen room and 2 in the king room. Adding occupants above their standard of 2 is $20 per night per additional guest 14 or older and kids 13 or younger stay free. You would not be able to exceed the maximum occupancy.
