They up graded our room to two queen beds with a patio and it was fantastic. They have the most beautiful fountain I had never seen before. So relaxing and pleasing to look at. The food is fantastic but the staff during day shift a little rude. We where given a late check out but the house keeper got ther about 1235 and sat right out side our room not giving us the extra Time we asked for.

Good location and friendly staff Friendly hotel staff. Great location and safer than staying in downtown Portland. We came for a wedding at the Forestry Center, 10 minutes away. We had an option to stay at a five star hotel for $60 more, due to the wedding rate. However, staying downtown in Portland just doesn’t feel safe, and we worried about our car. We would have had to pay $55 for valet parking. We were happy with this hotel’s location, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The front staff put us in a quiet room that was away from the traffic. Breakfast is the typical items you get at a Best Western, so I just had coffee and a banana. The room was large, but the bathroom needs to have the floor replaced. We would stay again

Not great Came home with bites on my body; bed bugs? Bathroom had dark hair and a ring around the tub. Mattress and pillows so/so. This is a big property with multiple buildings--and there is no signage other than room number; you just have to walk round the driveway (on a hill) to find anything. Probably not good for anyone with accessibility issues--it's on a hill and there are stairs everywhere. Online photo of the pool shows 4 recliners; there were only 2--and very old with bars that hit your back. Best thing: the bar had an excellent cheeseburger for a good price.

Came to town for a Memorial Enjoyed this hotel very very much the employees were so kind beginning with Monica at the front desk helping me find a peaceful room after a grueling drive in 101 weather. Then, the Food in the restaurant was superb along with the super clean room and the lovely fountain sounds from the courtyard!! Highly Recommend!!!!!
