Fine print says you cannot change dates or cancel but cancellation poli cy says refund if cancelled within 48 hours. which is it?

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation for a refund as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. Once canceled your reservation can not be rescheduled.
