Great Vacation Really enjoyed our time at the resort. Only stayed 3 nights and it was just to short. The people are so nice and the service great. The zip line was awesome and wished I had time for a second run. Lots to do. Javier managed everything we wanted to do. The 3 brothers, Kaylord, Kevin and Konan kept use safe on the zip line and at the restaurant/bar.

Relaxing amenities, wonderful nature, beautiful scenery and memorable hiking from the doorstep. We were lucky to have an up-close sloth sighting, plus toucans and various parrots, all from the beautiful and exotic botanic garden. The hike directly from the hotel to the dramatic cathedral waterfalls was a family pleaser, with fine valley and volcano views, and the remarkable Sensoria rainforest reserve was only a short drive. The hotel’s natural hot springs and daily yoga were very rejuvenating, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly, sharing tips on local wildlife etc.

Volcanic Hot Springs! Beautiful environment, gardens and comfortable spacious cabins, yet fantastic water quality in thermal Hot Springs is main reason this place is so relaxing and healing. Nice menu in restaurant plus included breakfast is tasty with good variety. Can’t wait to go back and will stay longer.

Great for family time and adventure Really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 ( kids 14 and 11). The atmosphere is relaxing with a great set of hot springs pools. The rooms are huge. We did the Cathedral Falls adventure which was exhilarating as we crossed the river by swimming neck deep and hanging on to a rope. Keylor and Kevin were fantastic guides. Made the whole trip feel safe while adding to the memories wherever they could. Highly recommend trying out the local town for a meal or two as there are some families who run excellent restaurants. We didn't get to use the spa or gym at the resort much as they were limited while we were there but found plenty of other things to do.
