Worst stay in the last 20 years I had made reservations months in advance and also confirmed 2 weeks prior with Chris for either rooms 2114 or 2105 as my son and I are both severely handicapped and those rooms are easily accessed with our mobility problems. Upon arrival we were assigned room 2111 which was extremely filthy causing my allergies to severely act up. Carpet severely stained and filthy. Vacuum use aggravated my allergies even more. Discrepancy sheet and Photo of bath mat given to Terri after having never left the unit after a shower showing black footprints. Furniture extremely worn, filthy. Dryer took 4 full cycles to dry light clothing. On the bright side, maintenance and housekeeping responded very quickly and replaced the dryer, the couch and the vacuum. This was so much unlike the Blue Tree experience that we have experienced in the past. See discrepancy sheet given to Terri.

Very good could do with a freshen up Great space great value great location for Disney. BA bit dated and worn . Would stay again , the full kitchen was well equipped. The front desk super helpful.

Great stay Clean, and all the amenities you could ask for! Close to all the parks, shopping, and dining. My only complaint is the beds and furniture are not very comfy. All of the wood furniture is showing a lot of wear and tear.

Week of Theme Parks Our stay went very well. The two bedroom unit was quite nice and the full kitchen had everything we needed.
