Check in and check out was very easy. My family and I really enjoyed the heated pool !! We only stood for one night so not sure if there’s breakfast or anything included. The view overlooked a lake and when nighttime came me and my family had the best view of the bloodmoon eclipse! We will book again in the future thank you

No microwaves in rooms. Pool had no hot tub and a mold smell. There was a hotel restaurant, a Starbucks, a beautiful lobby. Convenient location right off the highway, but not close to town or anything else. There was a rental car (Hertz?) place onsite. Parking was a $20 fee, but the lot was gated. The hotel is a hub for division 1 sports. Two teams were there during my stay.

Horrible Below average customer service due to the largest hotel chain Marriott=. Ritz Carlton Marriotts, St Regis etc, Bonvoy etc such as it is ... takes hours to speak to the front desk.

Conveniently located hotel in Newton right on the Charles River Good hotel rooms especially if you can get one facing the river. The room was clean and basic, parking was easy, and location was great.
