Worst stay ever and I did not stay 5 nights. I wasn’t given a room until my 2nd day and was kicked out the next day. They claim smoking and alerts going off. Not 1 call received during the 4 alerts they said they got. I received 1 call at 8:45p and 2 minutes later I was being kicked out at 9p. They stole my money kept the resort fees of $235! So I paid $224 & $235= $459 for 1 lousy night!

HORRIBLE. On September, 21st 2025 we arrived at the boulder station where given room 309. Book 3 months prior. Our room smelled like old used baby diapers had been smeared all over everything, not only making me sick but my fiancee sick too. They would not move us to a different room for 2 days. We did not get comp anything for that issue except our 50 dollar checkin early fee. The cocktail waitress where no where to be found and we where pretty much forced to pay for not only for playing but our drinks too when they are supposed to be free and when we where finally able to get a cocktail waitress they where rude to us like we inconvenience them, they took well over 15 mins and sometimes longer to get us drinks. Also security is a joke there me and my fiancee where both harassed, disrespected, and embarrassed by security there. We had woken up around 7am to go down to the lobby to smoke a cigarette and where cornered and harassed by security cause we where still in our comfy clothes after waking up to smoke a cigarette. The excuses they gave us to cover there ass was stupid and not relevant since we had already been there for 3 days. We where forced to spend another 600 dollars to stay at a different hotel on the strip for the rest of our vacation. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT IS NOT SAFE AND NOT WORTH ANYBODYS TIME.

Terrible This place was horrible. We got to our room and it literally smelled like dirty baby diapers, we couldn't get a different room, because supposedly they were completely booked, I highly doubted that, but we were stuck in that room for 2 nights. The cocktail waitresses??? Non existent and very rude, even the bartender wouldn't serve me water! WATER!!! Then after being harassed by the security guys for putting my hood on, I was freezing, and just didn't think about it, but OMG that guy was just rude. We checked out, didn't even stay on our last free night. That was the worst experience I've ever had and we will not be going back. We had a wonderful bartender in the Game On bar, her name is Amanda and she was one of the best people on that staff! We also did have one very sweet front desk person and a very nice cocktail waitress she's there in the mornings I don't remember her name, but she is an older blonde lady and she is so warm and welcoming. Outside of that though this place was horrible.

Officer Jae's work performance is his signature I want to commend Security Officer Jae on a very positive as well as professional experience. From following medical protocol to escorting my sick friend and I to my vehicle, made the escort a lot less distressed. Lol I've never been arrested or banned from property. I couldn't remain silent with administration regarding Officer Jae, allowing his work performance to be his signature.
