Worst stay ever and I did not stay 5 nights. I wasn’t given a room until my 2nd day and was kicked out the next day. They claim smoking and alerts going off. Not 1 call received during the 4 alerts they said they got. I received 1 call at 8:45p and 2 minutes later I was being kicked out at 9p. They stole my money kept the resort fees of $235! So I paid $224 & $235= $459 for 1 lousy night!

Horrible Called at 7:22pm for towels, toilet paper and a blanket for the foldout. Still no show at 830pm. We call again and still no show at 930pm. It is now 10:13pm and still no one has showed up with these items. When we checked in, the toilet paper roll was non-existent. And it's a two bathroom suite. And only 2 towels for 6 people. So we waited til day two to request anything. After 3 calls to the front desk (being so nice ) asking them for these items, they said “they would send someone.” if you are looking for a cheap hotel with non existence customer service and house keeping then this is your place. If you are looking for a clean, well stocked room, this is not your place!

Terrible experience, from the moment I got there. This has got to be the most racist and unprofessional hotel in all of Vegas. Whatever you do, do NOT stay in this hotel. Racist managers at the front desk, who will make up whatever story in order to validate keeping your money. This is the bottom tier of Las Vegas hotels

CAGE CASHIER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE The Casino Cage’s customer service is absolutely atrocious! On December 20, 25, my wife went to cash a Slot Ticket, as instructed. She patiently waited in line for over 15 minutes. However, as more people arrived and started cutting in because they had chips, the cashier, Dulce, claimed they had priority. But there was only one window open! When my wife asked Dulce who the supervisor was, she said, “I am.” My wife then asked for the manager, and Dulce replied, “I’m the manager too!” Things escalated when another guest started belittling my wife because he had chips and, according to Dulce, had priority. This led to a minor argument between my wife and the guest. Fortunately, another cashier, an African American woman with semi-long hair, decided to open a window. This new cashier was just as rude. She made a bunch of faces at my wife and even slammed the money down. When my wife asked her who the manager was, she said, “Patrick Green.” My wife then asked why Dulce was acting as both the supervisor and manager. The cashier confirmed that Dulce was indeed not the manager but was pretending to be because she didn’t want to provide us with her manager or direct information. Dulce, as a supervisor, needs better training for her position. She needs better communication skills. If she hates her job so much, I’m not sure why she’se employed there. Her manager or direct supervisor needs to provide better training and ensure that there are multiple windows open on busy Saturday nights.
