High tea and great your. Well worth the time We didn't stay at the Palace but we're there for their high tea and a tour. The tea was amazing, and the food was delicious. Perfect putting for the group of women we were with. Matt gave us an amazing and informative tour. Made for a lovely afternoon.

A True Gem - Second Visit Just as Impressive! This was my second time staying at this property, and it never disappoints. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. All the staff we encountered were positive and eager to assist. We had the pleasure of staying in the Molly Brown Suite, which was an enjoyable museum-like experience. We dined at The Palace Arms, which was excellent—the food was outstanding, though the cart service felt a bit excessive. We also enjoyed cigars and drinks at Churchill's and had tea in the famous and spectacular lobby. If I were to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the parking valet. Since it operates in conjunction with the Holiday Inn Express across the street, the wait time was often longer than expected. I would highly recommend this property for its location, proximity to downtown restaurants, and the hotel itself. A true gem!

Historic and Comfortable Lovely historic hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We booked a high floor larger room that was clean and comfortable with great sleep quality (beds/linens). Our room thermostat did not work so maintenance had to come up and do some magic to set a comfortable level temp. Staff also brought us up a fan for good circulation, not a big deal as this is common with older hotels in my experience. We had drinks in the lobby one evening and coffee from their little cafe one morning and both experiences great. Only 2 real negatives. 1. Valet parking only and it’s pricey, and they only seem to have one valet so at first it was difficult to figure out if we were at the right spot. 2. Access inside hotel is open 24/7 with no visible security and you don’t need a key to get to rooms. Front desk not manned in off hours so not sure how they manage transients from hanging out?
