Comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were great and welcoming as well. The hallways were hot and humid, but the room was cool and crisp. I would stay again.

Good location but needs fresh look We stayed here for one night visiting friends who live in the area. At check in I was given two queen beds when I had booked a king. All kings were gone and the one reserved for us had a problem with the A/C and the carpet was all wet. Not a problem, rather find out now than later. Staff offered us two free breakfast vouchers which I appreciated and breakfast was very good. Room was clean but furniture is in need of replacement. Handle on the armoire was rusted, the bedside lampshades had dirt and mold on them. Looks like they are doing some updates in the hall. Elevators are all beat up. Staff was friendly. For a conference center I thought it would be a little better.

Holiday Inn Melbourne Viera Rachel at the front desk was wonderful and very client service focused. The hotel itself is showing age, but it was clean and comfortable.

Best bartender ever! The bartender, Jessica H, is awesome. This why and the reason to comeback to the hotel. She is great! Like family after a tough day. So happy to have met, and been served by her. Totally recommend.
