- Parking: Parking is included in the resort fee; limit to (1) vehicle per reservation and (2) for Two-Bedroom Condos. Golf Carts, Boats, Trailers and other recreational vehicles are NOT permitted on the property or in parking areas. Trailers may not be accommodated. For multiple or oversized vehicles, please contact the resort before arrival. Assigned parking passes must be present in all vehicles either in front window dash or hanging from the rearview mirror.
- Smoking policy: Smoking or vaping is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit or on the premises which includes the balcony. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
