Q:

What's does it mean in the fine print section. valid for nights purchased? Also are children 17 and under free? TY

George W.  asked on  Apr 3, 2013

A:

It means that you would not be able to change the dates of your booking. You can add up to two more guests, for $10 per night for guests 18 and older and no extra charge for 17 and younger.

Q:

Groupon previously answers this as.. "You'll be unable to exceed their maximum occupancy of 4. This information is available in the "Fine Print & Details" section of the deal page. To find this, click the "Fine Print and Details" tab, just under the photo. This section will include restrictions and additional information you'll need for your Groupon."...... I read the "fine print detail", but I am still not clear. There are 6 members of my family: me, my husband & 4 children under 12. It states max occupancy is 4pl. Yet then states additional over 17 is $10 fee, under 17 stays free. Can you please clarify. but it states additional that the children would be free? which implies that ADDITIONAL children are allowed? Would the resort have better answers? Or would they be clueless when i mention Groupon? I'm confused as to why they wouldn't be allowed?

Tabatha B.  asked on  Apr 3, 2013

A:

The standard occupancy for the room is two total. You can add two extra guests for an additional cost, but if they're under the age of 18, the two additional guests are free.

You are not able to have more than four guests in the room.

Q:

We would like to stay there on 5/8-5/10, but it seems that "ocean front" rooms are not available for all those dates, can that be arranged? What is the major difference between ocean 'view' and ocean front?

hrant1281  asked on  Apr 3, 2013

A:

We would not be able to add availability for those days for the oceanfront rooms. You can compare the two rooms here and here!

Q:

Wanted to get this Groupon for 2 nights, however I wanted to be placed on the third or fourth floor of the building, should I buy Groupon first and then call hotel directly to request this, or should I call hotel first and see if these dates are available with those floors free and then buy Groupon?

Kristi C.  asked on  Apr 3, 2013

A:

Either is fine. To make sure that a special request is accommodated, contact them directly after making the reservation.
