Caribe Royale Orlando: Your 5-star Family-Friendly Mega Resort Driving in from Miami, we were pleasantly pleased to pull up to the iconic blush pink Caribe Royale Orlando property. Our stay was flawless, initiating with a seamless check-in where the front desk gave us all the information we needed to navigate this mega resort. We took advantage of their Social Hour happening in the Reception Lobby and grabbed some tropical drinks that we had a choice to spike and a snack, before heading to the room. The property has several hotel towers with a massive convention center, housing numerous meeting rooms and ballrooms for any occasion. Our room was very spacious, including a living room area modernly decorated with a work station, a flat screen, sofa-bed, microwave, mini fridge, and a fully equipped coffee maker. The bedroom area had a brightly lit vanity sink on one side and a spotless bathroom on the other. The bathroom had a crystal glass shower with multiple shower heads plus another sink and mirror to utilize. Further into the bedroom, you have an over-sized and very plush bed, another t.v., and plenty of storage with the closet and drawers. The best aspect of the room was the enormous bedroom window, complete with a chase lounge for guests to sit and enjoy the gorgeous resort views of the pool right in the heart of the property. There are a plethora of dining outlets, so there's no need to go off property. We indulged in an extravagant dinner at The Venetian Chop House, a beautiful breakfast in bed spread from In-Suite dining, and a delicious pool-side lunch at Calypso's. Our pool-front Cabana experience was luxurious, complete with fresh fruits, cold beverages, towels, loungers and excellent service from our servers Andrea and Juan. The resort fee goes a long way at Caribe Royale with amenities such as a water fall pool, water slide, kiddie pool, a 2-story fitness center, free bike rentals, a shuttle to Disney theme parks, and so much more! The Island Spa was modest since there are no spa facilities, but the amazing massage I had with Mary C. was exactly what I needed. All in all, Caribe Royale Orlando is the perfect vacation destination for families and group travelers alike!

Excellent resort! Great resort! Wife and I were there for 4 days and 3 nights! Staff was outstanding. We attended a boxing match on property. The convention center was well maintained. There are several venues to eat on property. We highly recommended this resort!

Our first visit from the UK Lovely hotel, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa overlooking the lake and decking walkway (tower villa 7) our villa was lovely, huge kitchen and dining/ lounge area. One huge bathroom with walk in shower which was the best shower ever and a large bath in the bedroom then a second bedroom with twin beds, drying area and bath/shower. Staff at hotel are friendly, surrounding areas are well taken care off, villa private pool is so peaceful and quiet when we attended which was great, the pool area does need some fixing of pool tiles etc, but didn’t stop a lovely pool experience daily, the main pool is also nice but gets very busy and very noisy. Housekeepers who clean room work so hard and are so lovely and polite, breakfast restaurant is lovely ample choice either ala carte or buffet whatever you want, staff are friendly and chatty, all in all a lovely place just needs a bit of tlc in some areas which need fixing and updating but doesn’t detract from a wonderful stay would definitely come back and also recommend thank you for a wonderful stay only 2 days left of our holiday awww _ Rooms are cleaned between 11-3 so may want to go elsewhere while they do it

Noise Our holiday didn’t start off fabulous at all, first impression is the hotel is lovely, rooms are not dated as previously suggested in another review on the 14th of July by another reviewer. Anyway we walked into our room to found a good amount of hair on the floor, I reported it to reception and was instantly made to feel like I was lying, I showed the receptionist the photo and she was straight into defensive mode and told me it wasn’t possible it was there. We got into bed that evening and I found one of the sheets was ripped went to reception the next day and it was the same receptionist from the night before who just stood there and looked at me , I asked her for the sheet to be changed and she told me room service would change it that day, it didn’t happen so I went back the next day and reported it again, this time is was sorted. Now from the first night we were kept awake by noise from neighbours and the air con system which is in the bedroom and is very loud. I spoke with David who I think was a manager of some kind , he offered another room on the same floor which I went to check out but it was just as loud in there. I was then Contacted by a guest service manager Andrea half way through our trip who tried to make things right for us. We had at this point only been getting a couple of hours sleep per night and we were exhausted and struggling to enjoy our time at attractions due to being so tired from the lack of sleep. Andrea moved us to another room all seemed fine until 8pm and the room above us returned home and proceeded to run up and down the room, slam doors, drawers and the patio door, someone was bouncing a ball as well. At one point it sounded like someone was rolling something across the floor could Of been a suitcase or skateboard who knows but this went on for hours, we ended up calling security and they finally came after the second call and one guy was lovely but the shorter security guy just stood there with a smile on his face and I questioned why he thought it was amusing especially when we have paid over 7.5k for a vacation we can’t enjoy due to being exhausted from the noise issues since we arrived, he didn’t say anything and he took the smirk off his face. The next night the neighbours above us were at it again banging, screaming, slamming doors again security was called, we had also discovered insects crawling in the apartment looked like tiny ants, I called for housekeeping but nobody had answered our request after over 50 minutes. I ended up cleaning the area myself and suddenly someone came o deal with the issue, I sent the cleaner away since I had already tackled the issue myself. The very next night the neighbours were on a roll and this time the spent nearly three hours opening and slamming their patio door and when I say slamming it was open and shut that hard our patio door rattled. I messaged reception and after one hour heard nothing so I walked down and told them what was happening again. We were given another room , we finished moving at 1:15am get settled into bed and a loud humming sound started_ it seems our room is next to the swimming pool control room and the aircon outlets for the building next door which is incredibly loud. We ended up all sleeping in one room of the villa the furthest point from the noise and running out to cvs to get ear plugs so we could at least try and get some sleep. My poor husband tried and tried to sleep ended up finally going to sleep at 5:30am until we were woken by the industrial facility across from us at 8am. We are absolutely exhausted to the point today again for the fifth day we just can’t function to do anything. I would upload the video of the insects running everywhere but it won’t let me. If I could I would be asking for my money back or part of it to book into another hotel.
