Hotel Mischarges and Rude Staff Overall horrible experience at the Catbird hotel. The concierge at the front desk charged someone else's order to our room and my credit card was charged on the day of check out. After I complained their response was that "accidents happen" and "i wouldnt be too upset if that was charged to my card". Based off my conversation with the concierge I believe someone from the staff made the charge to our room. I then asked to speak to a manager and the concierge hung up. I called back clearly upset after the concierge ignored 4 of my phone calls and asked to speak to a manager again. After 10 minutes of her ranting the only solution she could give was for me to email the managers because "they are in a all-day meeting" and that I was not allowed to speak to them directly. Concierge was very rude/sarcastic and not at all understanding about the mischarges which is unacceptable. Other things to note: - Hotel does not have on-site paid parking like they claim in the description - There is charge for "destination fee" per night which is fee for amenities - The hotel is very noisy and there was loud bass music either coming from someone living in the hotel or next door. Do not stay here! You have much better options in Denver.

Modern Urban & Cool! Really cool hotel with funky urban atmosphere! Awesome breakfast, close to public transit, a huge unexpected projector screen for tv in bed, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Luxury feels all the way From the lobby to the hallways to the room itself everything felt super trendy. Lofted bed with cabinets underneath. Fridge and freezer but hidden doors matched to the cabinets. Motorized blinds, a bathroom that's inviting instead of something you tolerate. Definitely a boutique hotel worth staying at.

Amazing Christmas Time Visit My wife is from Denver, and we spend every other Christmas with her family. We try to have one night to ourselves at a hotel in the Denver area and picked the Catbird this year. We are so glad that we did! Chris, the bartender at the rooftop bar was fantastic. The hotel has every amenity you could want and has the coolest vibe. The lofted beds and giant projector screens are an awesome touch, and there are tons of awesome restaurant and breweries within walking distance. We will definitely be back the next time we need a night to ourselves when visiting Denver.
