Sorry for the confusion. This deal is available from $159 a night at the lowest. Not all nights will show this price, as some dates will sell out and other nights are more expensive. You can preview the price of any night by hovering your mouse over the date.

Depending on the weather, both seasonal restaurants (the Beach House Grill, the Veranda) restaurants should open around Memorial Day. All other restaurants should be open.

This deal seems totally miss-advertised. I do not see any nights for the price listed of $159 a night and availability is very limited. I would have bought a couple nights or $159, but I'm not paying $200 a night before the end of June and real start of summer.

Do you know if the Beach House Grill and the pool will be open by May 20th? Also are there any other activities offered by May 20th? And if you booked the Deluxe Cottage Room with 2 double beds can you assume you will get that or do you have to call to make sure?

The Beach House Grill will open for lunch on May 23rd. It does not start its clambakes until July. The exact date the pool opens isn't set in stone, likely in mid-May.

After you've booked with us, you're all set! You only need to call if you have special requests.

Q:

On the page describing your room, it says that the cottage room (with 2 queens) guests can be added jfor free, but then in response to a question above you say only 4 adults and one child? I can't see a situation in which there very often would be 4 adults with one child. Can I book it for 2 adults, my 5 year old, 4 year old and 6 month old. Your website says kid-friendly, so I would think that the kids could go in place of the other 2 adults. Thanks for your time! -P

Keep in mind that dates that say "not available for check-in" can only be selected as check-out dates, and can't be selected for an overnight stay (these dates are slightly lighter blue). Dates that are greyed out are not available for checking in or checking out. I am trying to booked for TUESDAY thru THURSDAY. Every time I click on May 21 to check in and then on May 23 for check out, the May 23 gets block off (as in I can not select this date for check out). I just want to book for two nights in a row and it wont let me???

Sorry for any confusion. Unfortunately if you have selected the second room type (Deluxe Cottage Room with two queen beds), than May 22nd isn't available for an overnight stay. If you scroll your room over a date that says "not available for check-in", it means that specific date can only be selected for a check-out date, and can't be selected for an overnight stay. At the time of answering this question, the room type (Deluxe Cottage Room with a queen bed) is available for your desired dates.
