Beautiful location. Parking is an additional $75 per night (watch your bank app, I was charged an extra night). Then learned they use the public lot across the street and it's $56 per night if you self park. $125 deposit is not refunded for 3-5 days after check out. We will return since it's so close to family, but honestly, it was better with the previous owners. This was our 3rd time here.

Very disappointed. Terrible service. Terrible service. Front desk Rob didn't give us any information. Not only was he rude to us but other customers also. 1st morning here we woke to hammering on wall. Moved us rooms. Didn't refresh towels like we asked. Everyday had to have new keys made cause we were locked out. Rob was not very helpful and I heard him being very rude to lithe customers as well. For the amount of money we spent i expected better service. Definitely don't recommended and wont come back.

I can’t recommend it We were in town for a family wedding and this was one of the two hotels recommended for guests. Location is good but it is not a luxury hotel. The rooms are small/tight and the bathroom is very small. There was no coffee maker in the room but they did send one up when I asked about it at the front desk. Bed was comfortable (although very low to the ground) and shower pressure was good. They put a $125 charge on our code in case of “incidentals” and it didn’t get refunded to our card until 5 days after we checked out. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Terrible experience; AVOID This place is a complete scam and ripoff. On arrival you will be asked to pay out of pocket for a 'guest benefit package' which very likely wasn't clearly outlined on any site where you booked. You cannot avoid this additional fee which covers wifi, daily breakfast, 2 house cocktails / wines per night (you pay out of pocket for anything above $16 and most drinks are $18), 6 bottles of water, $10 off dinner vouchers. It is completely absurd, especially when wifi and breakfasts are freely provided at so many 2.5 star hotels at lower nightly rates, and you're unlikely to eat at the hotel when you're in a city of great restaurants. This self-proclaimed 4-star hotel is really a 1-star hotel dressed up to look pretty. Terrible experience; we would never return. They were a Hyatt property until early 2025 and service has gone WAY downhill since. The hotel needs refreshing; paint is chipped in areas throughout, carpets are stained, and the air system is old and loud. There is loud construction coming from all directions in the room. Rooms do not have duvet covers, coffee makers, mini bars, or property guide, and they will not provide extra bedding / towels after 5pm. Hotel policy is to only "clean" the room every 3 days (for "sustainability" which is complete BS since they don't offer recycling for the gazillion water bottles they offer). They don't offer clean towels outside of those days, unless it's requested at the front desk (i.e. they will not bring it to your room). Also, cleaning does not mean removing trash outside of the trash bins The front desk staff are front-lining these idiotic policies with understandably-upset guests, which result in incredibly unhappy staff and awful customer service. I've truly never before dealt with such incredibly rude humans at any front desk of any reputable hotel, either never making eye contact or offering a kind smile, but instead either glaring at you and staring down at the computer when asked a question, like "can I have clean linens" . The queen room we booked (which are advertised on their website as being ~275 sqft), was the tiniest hotel room I've ever seen, falling well under 150 sqft with a maybe-full sized bed, that was sunken in the middle, stinky mildewed pillows and bath towels, and 100yr old doors that barely close. Best thing about this hotel is the lobby aesthetics and the fitness center. There's no pool or spa, and no room service. There is no real restaurant, just a hotel kitchen which was closed early every single night of our stay. We couldn't even use our dinner vouchers for desert because the kitchen was closed (which is ridiculous, when it's cutting a slice of cake).
