Beautiful location. Parking is an additional $75 per night (watch your bank app, I was charged an extra night). Then learned they use the public lot across the street and it's $56 per night if you self park. $125 deposit is not refunded for 3-5 days after check out. We will return since it's so close to family, but honestly, it was better with the previous owners. This was our 3rd time here.

Perfect stay. Extremely pleasant stay. We felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. Breakfast buffet was included, a free drink each night (per person) and $10 toward dinner at the restaurant, each night. The staff was kind, helpful and attentive. It was so busy during dinner, but the bartenders, David and Armani, were still quick and courteous. We got appetizers and dessert, twice. We met the marketing manager and Managing company manager and both were very friendly. Service at the bar was above and beyond. Great drinks and special entertainment Friday night. The singer Clarissa was excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Don’t stay here!!! One of the worst hotel experiences. We booked through a travel agent, well before the change in ownership. We were told it is no longer under Hyatt. However the WiFi was definitely under Hyatt. Anyway.. when we arrived, the claimed to not be able to find our reservation. My husband goes back in and it’s there but they are asking for an additional ( rounding up) 300.00 in resort fees. Huh? Then an additional 125 for incidentals. What? Only to have that returned and the valet fee of 75 taken out. The valet, we felt sorry for as we were told people have had these issues for sometime and a lot stay angry or leave angry. We stayed angry- it was 8:30 pm and we drove 6 hours and it was too late to book anywhere else without it being over 1000.00. Them not honoring the price we booked under was ridiculous. The resort fee in our reservation was no where near 300.00. Food vouchers are a bit comical considering they were 10.00 and you could only use one per dinner regardless of the party size. Mind you nothing on the dinner menu was 10.00. The drink vouchers were 16 and you were able to use all of the in one sitting. Smh and the rooms…they reminded me of my college dorm room. The art on the walls in our room were two 5x7 above the bed. The curtains were NOT black out at all. The pillows.. I added pictures, see for yourself. Four start no way, 2.5 at best. Never saw housekeeping but I was prepared for that after reading the reviews while we waited for them to find our reservation. Housekeeping is upon request.. hmmm.. bottom line don’t stay here.

Looked like mold in the room from the large hole in the ceiling DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. This hotel is the cheapest in the area for a reason. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling with what appeared to be mold on it. The room smelled like mildew/mold. Also, there was water on the floor around the toilet so either it was leaking or water coming in from the hole in the ceiling. On top of this major issue, there were about 12 people deep in the check-in line, so be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes or more to get checked in. There is a concierge desk, but no one is ever there. I know this because one of my keys did not work and I had to go back downstairs to wait in line again. The hotel is very understaffed so the service is terrible. I checked in on July 21st. I left a note at the front desk the very next morning and asked for a manager to call me to discuss. To date not one person has called me from the hotel. On July 25th I called and spoke to a call center. I told them I wanted to speak to someone and didn't just want to jump online to give a bad review. Again, no one has called me to date. I was given the management office's email so I emailed them on July 25. An email was returned on July 26th requesting the photos and video that I took. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. They have no service and I would be concerned, for health reasons, to stay there again.
