I am confused about the cancellation and credit. Once you pay for and, say you don't have the opportunity to go to Chicago during the rescheduled time available - I understand you can cancel at the hotel, but THEN is a refund available from Groupon or not? Thank you

Melody T.  asked on  May 21, 2013

A:

After you purchase you'll be able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund as long as you do so at least 48 hours prior to your check-in time. You cannot reschedule your stay once booked.
