We love this resort. This was our first time staying in a 1BR unit. The units are clean and spacious. The check in/out processes are awesome. This time surprisingly, the TimeShare vultures did not bother us. I was really pleased about that. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The resort was busy. The only amenity that we took advantage of was the restaurant. The food was great. The wings had good flavor and bite. The SoBo hotdog, turkey sandwich, and burgers were absolutely delicious. They have alcoholic drinks in a can, but they are really good. Overall great experience! This is not our first and certainly not our last time staying at this resort.

Very nice resort…HOWEVER be prepared when you check in for the timeshare vultures! The room was very home like and clean, the resort it self was amazing. The in door pool was small for the size of the resort, we enjoyed the activities they had to offer. I would definitely return.

Spacious apartment with updated decor. Everything seemed new and in great condition. Loved all the activities for the kids and the close proximity to Busch Gardens, and colonial Williamsburg.

So fun! We loved our time at the resort. The staff was amazing and helpful. The amenities were clean and inviting. The kids had so much fun and there were so many activities. There we're also food establishments outside that were close by. We did not want to leave. We will be returning soon.

Be careful in the slippery shower. We stayed here for graduation weekend. The room itself was ok, but it could use an update. The electrical outlet in the bedroom was barely attached to the wall and the plugs fell out when we tried to plug in our cell phone chargers. leaving us to charge in the kitchen area which was a hassle. We could not locate any plates, so we were left eating out of our takeout containers. My biggest complaint was that there was no bathmat or anything providing traction in the very slippery shower. I had to have my husband help me out of the shower since it was so slippery (no grab bars). The shower seemed sloped and all off the soap/shampoo collected at the drain area making the slipping risk even worse. On the positive side, the bed was comfy, and the staff was helpful and friendly. My daughter enjoyed the pool and the mini golf, and the location was good.

Wyndham Kingsgate Nice place to stay, but disappointed with a $60 charge if I choose not to show up for their sales pitch the next morning after check-in. Plus an extra charge for a stay less than 5 nights. I'm on vacation. I don't want to be bombarded with a 90-minutes sales pitch.
