meli l.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Meli, Based on the dates that are available on the Calendar for the rates shown on those specific dates, you can book 2 Groupon Getaways Rooms with 2 beds in each room and request them connecting (2 separate rooms must be purchased). Please contact our in-house reservations to confirm connecting rooms via reservations@cocokeyorlando.com. Requests are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. There is limited availability in July due to peak season. July 21st is the first bookable arrival date for the 2 night minimum length of stay offer.

Q:

48-hour cancellation notice required prior to check-in or reservation is non-refundable Please explain this. I want to purchase for certain dates but this depends on getting tickets to another attraction. If I can't get tickets to the other attraction then I will not need a hotel. Does that make sense? Basically, I want to know if I can get my FULL purchase back, how do I request the refund and who does it come from?

Minet G.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Minet, Your question does make sense. Cancellation information is provided with your Groupon Confirmation after purchase. The rules provided are there for your benefit in the event something changes to your plans. Cancellations must be submitted to the Hotel at least 48 hours in advance to your arrival date for a Full Refund of the purchase. Requests made within 48 hours of the arrival date will not be honored for any refund amount. Failure to cancel or show for the reservation will result in no refunds. You also have several days to make this reservation but space is limited per day for each room type. Please feel free to contact Groupon.com for further details.

Q:

Can you use a debit card for the 50.00 incidental hold? We don't have a credit card.....

Christina F.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Christina, Debit Cards may be used for the $50 Incidental Authorization. However, your bank's policies may hold the authorization for several days longer than that of a Credit Card which won't be accessible until they release the hold. Hope this helps

Q:

Isn't this the old as time "bait and swich method". You advertise one rate, and then only make that rate available for a very limited amount of days. Your ad clearly states a length of time that is not available at the rate your offering. I find this sneaky, and underhanded. In the future I may have stayed at your resort, however, I will add it to the list of places to stay away from utilizing. I could not be sure if you use this type of method, what other charges you would add after the fact, that are not disclosed.

Jeremy L.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Jeremy, I'm sorry you feel this way. The rate promoted is the lowest rate during the travel window available. This is built by Groupon.com. I wouldn't consider 5 months a limited amount of days. There are nearly 2 months worth of dates at the lowest rate being promoted. All charges are disclosed within the feature in the large fine print section. Again, this information is clearly visible and we are sorry you feel this way, but that is not how this offer is presented nor our intention.

Q:

Hey what if I want the dates for August 8-12 how much will that be..ineed 3like this

Michelle C.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Michelle, When I clicked on the dates on the calendar on the Groupon Feature for a standard room with 2 beds, Check-in 08/08 and Check-out 08/12 it would be $474.91 per room. Times 3 would be $1,424.73. Rooms are limited to availability. Poolside rooms would be additional. Please feel free to select the dates and room type available on the Groupon Calendar and click BOOK, this will provide you with any quote details. you don't have to complete the check-out until you are ready to complete the Getaway purchase. Hope this helps

Q:

I see their is a resort fee of $20.29 is that on top of what we pay thru Groupon.

Leo C.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Leo, The $20.29 resort fee is charged at the time of the Groupon purchase. Only incidentals are charged to you additional to what you would pay Groupon. This is the $50 authorization taken at check-in with a valid Credit Card.

Q:

Hello. 1-Does this groupon include any passes for the water park? How many passes are included (if any) and how much are they? 2- How much is the breakfast-buffet?

Q:

Is this deal like the last one you had, does it include waterpark entry and the meal package?

Cheryl M.  asked on  Jul 9, 2013

A:

Cheryl, Welcome Back Cheryl! This feature is similar, however, this is strictly a rooms deal - no F&B will be included. The Resort Fee is paid upon purchase of the Groupon which includes access for up to 4 to the Water Park valid throughout your room stay. Just like the previous feature.
